WILL I GET THE SAME TEAM MEMBERS IN MY HOME?
Yes. Consistency and reliability are cornerstones of our service. We work hard to ensure you have a dedicated team leader who is familiar with your space, schedule, and preferences every time.
AM I REQUIRED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEANING?
No. We do not require you to be home. We simply ask that you set up a secure method for our team to enter and exit the premises. Our priority is to work discreetly and efficiently while you focus on your day.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?
If you need to change or cancel your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 48-hour notice via phone or email.
- If you cancel or reschedule with 48-hour (or more) notice, your deposit will be applied toward a future cleaning.
- If you cancel with less than 48-hour notice (or a same-day cancellation), the
deposit will be forfeited.

DO I PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES?
No, we bring everything! We arrive at every appointment fully equipped with our professional vacuum, mops, bucket, fresh micro-fiber clothes, steam cleaner etc. This is all included in our service rate. We proudly use our custom line of preferred cleaning products, including green and specialized options.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CLEAN?
No need to worry. If any area was missed, or does not meet your standard, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will send a team back promptly to fix it at no charge.
